The unit we got was exceptionally clean with light-proof curtains and garden view plus lovely linen. The hotel's location was magnificent, next to a lovely leafy suburb as well as the Sunshine Coast. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The restaurant here was wonderful for dinner, with appetising dishes, and the well-trained and professional staff was always available.

The location of the hotel is stunning and excellent, situated next to a lovely leafy suburb and garden. Kelly's Beach is just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. The room is high-class and well-organized with a comfortable bed, offering a first-class experience.

Peaceful and ideal spot right by South Africa. Both restaurants and golf course are available. Beautifully landscaped area. Healthy and delicious breakfast with champagne. Great meal, well worth the money.

The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious. the staff was exceptionally friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. the hotel's location was perfect for our visit to Kelly's Beach, which was not very far away.

The location of this hotel is ideal, situated in a lovely leafy suburb and just a stone's throw away from the ocean, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were so comfortable and warm, and we loved the fact that there was a spa on-site. It was such a bonus to be able to indulge in a relaxing massage and unwind by the outdoor swimming pool.

This place was the best hotel I had ever been to in Port Alfred.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect as it was close to the golf course and the beach. I really enjoyed spending time at the Highlander restaurant, where they had live entertainment and a delicious Asian stir fry evening. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, and they even arranged a mini decoration for a birthday celebration. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities were also a great addition, allowing me to relax and unwind during my stay.

That some of the staff seemed a bit irritated to be serving us. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel as the positives far outweigh any minor inconvenience.
